Terms of service

By commissioning me, you agree to these. Last updated November 2026.

  1. Quotes. We agree the price before I start. If you ask for extra features halfway through, I'll quote them separately.
  2. Payment. PayPal only. Half is paid upfront before I start, and the other half when it's finished, before you get the final files.
  3. Refunds. If you cancel, you get a refund based on how much has been done. Cancel before I've started and you get your upfront payment back.
  4. Usage. What I make is for your own server or network only. You can't resell it, share it or leak it.
  5. Source code. Plugins come as a compiled .jar. Source code costs extra and has to be agreed in the quote.
  6. Changes. Small, quick changes after delivery are usually free. Bigger changes are quoted like a new job.
  7. Turning jobs down. I can turn down any commission, for example if it breaks a server's or Minecraft's rules.
  8. Problems. If something's wrong, make a ticket first. Most issues can be sorted quickly without opening a PayPal dispute.
